In order to get a good look at your eating habits, I would like you to start a food journal. You may use a notebook, computer or our printable Able Food Journal at unitedstatesofable.com/foodjournal. Get to know your food.
The more you eat at home, the easier it will be to track your ingredients. Write down everything, even spices and fluids, oils and cooking methods. Your journal will look something like this:
